pfSense_ng theme
Just a really quick update: The theme was added to the 1.2.3 branch and should be available after the next snapshot builder run. However, we have decided to not make it the default theme yet. You can switch to the new theme under system>general after updating your install or after installing from a recent snapshot-livecd.
You can grab the updates or new livecd from the snapshot-site.

Simby: that’s by design. I don’t know that I like it there myself though.

I have to say that I like the new theme so far. It’s pretty neat. And with mentioned (c) block on the right bottom, it’s like a sidebar or sth alike, so one could think about putting a few more slim text areas there – not too much but possibly a few pfSense Links to Forum, Blog and Support site? Just an idea.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I like it! The menu’s remain stationary, and the rest of the page scrolls up or down. perfect! I have to build a LAN firewall rule for each and every node and the list is really long now…this does help.
