Beta 3 is here!

Beta 3 is here and this is a summary of all changes since beta 2 from cvstrac. Download from www.pfsense.com!

    I’m sure I’ve missed something in that summary and someone will appropriately smack me upside the head for it…but it’s a reasonably complete list for those that don’t want to read the huge changelog.
