VLANs now supported on ALIX boards

January 5th, 2008 by Chris Buechler

The final 1.2 release candidate, coming soon, will have support for VLANs on the vr(4) chipset. This is a common request since it’s the chipset used by ALIX boards.

This is already available in the RC4 pre-release available on the snapshot server here.

    Hi,

The directories under http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD6/RELENG_1_2/ are empty right now …. (?)

We can’t move files for 30 minutes and not have people notice. :)

Last night Scott wiped the snapshots directories and repopulated them, they were empty for 30 minutes or so before the new files were there.

We do this once a month or so for a variety of reasons, just check back in an hour if the snapshot files are missing in the future.
